  • Our Midi and Maxi Size Letterbox Gifts come lovingly decorated with your chosen occasion card on the lid of the box, satin edged organza ribbon wrapping and a gift tag. PLEASE NOTE: This will mean you are unable to access the inside the gift box. If you would prefer to see inside your gift and therefore for your gift to not be ribbon wrapped please let us know.
  • The inside of our Letterbox Gifts include colourful paper hamper stuffing and a heart tissue paper sleeve sealed with one of our stickers.
  • Your gift message will be printed or handwritten inside the handmade greeting card included with your gift. Please use the personalisation box to type out what you would like it to say or leave the box blank (with a dash '-') if you would prefer to write the card yourself! If the box is left blank (with a dash '-') we will leave the card and envelope on the outside of the box for you to access and write yourself.

Processing Times

  • We strive to handcraft and dispatch orders on the next business day after they are placed (Monday to Friday).
  • Personalised name or age gifts may require a little extra time, typically taking 1-2 working days.

Delivery Information

  • All our orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as the standard delivery option.
  • For a small additional fee, an Express Tracked 24 delivery upgrade is available at checkout.
  • You can find your tracking link in the dispatch email we send you.
  • To keep our gifts ideal for direct delivery to your recipient, we do not include invoices or receipts unless specifically requested.
