Where do you deliver to?
We ship only within the UK locally at the moment. We apologise for any inconvenience!
How long does shipping take?
We strive to handcraft and dispatch orders on the next business day after they are placed (Monday to Friday).
Personalised items may require a little extra time, typically taking 1-2 working days
What delivery service do you use?
All our orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48 as the standard delivery option.
For a small additional fee, an Express Tracked 24 delivery upgrade is available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You can find your tracking link in the dispatch email we send you.
I do not want my gift to include a receipt. How do I request this?
To keep our gifts ideal for direct delivery to your recipient, we do not include invoices or receipts unless specifically requested.
Returns and Cancellations
How do I return an item?
If for whatever reason you wish to return your gift, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Simply reach to us and we will begin the return process and let you know the return address.
Your gift must be in original condition.
As the buyer you are responsible for the cost of return postage.
Unfortunately personalised items (for example customised name or age keepsakes) are non-refundable.
How do I cancel my order?
If for whatever reason you wish to cancel your order, cancellations are accepted anytime before your orders dispatch.
Simply reach to us and we will process your cancellation right away.
